Site Maintenance and Customer Service Representative

Location: Southport
Company: SHARP Automotive LTD
Position: Part-Time, Casual Worker
Wage: £11.75 per hour

Role: Site Maintenance and Customer Service Representative

About Us: We are a small, reputable used car dealership based in Southport. Our mission is to provide quality vehicles and exceptional customer service to our local valued clients. We are seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join our team on a casual, part-time basis to assist with site maintenance and customer service when the owner is not on site.

Responsibilities:

Site Maintenance:

• General housekeeping of the site and ensuring cleanliness.
• Valeting and preparing vehicles for sale.
• Setting up visual displays and ensuring vehicles are presented attractively.

Customer Service:

• Meeting and greeting new customers.
• Gathering customer details and assisting with enquiries
• Offering exceptional customer service and promoting our stock.
• Being the point of contact for customers in the owner’s absence.

Requirements:

• Must have a clean driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential.
